About the role

  • Implement the various components of Customer Experience programs using SMT partner platforms and software;
  • Perform configurations and customizations according to project scope;
  • Configure surveys, dashboards, and data visualization structures according to client specifications;
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the deployment of the most appropriate business and technology solutions;
  • Execute tests and Quality Assurance activities, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of deliverables;
  • Participate in client meetings, supporting decisions related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of platforms;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in products and processes, proposing solutions that add value to SMT and its clients;
  • Assist clients in resolving technical questions related to the platforms;
  • Ensure appropriate handling of risks, blockers, and issues in accordance with defined processes.
