About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls.
  • Identify learners' needs and provide appropriate answers.
  • Direct requests to the relevant contacts when necessary.
  • Handle complaints in accordance with procedures.
  • Conduct welcome calls with new learners.
  • Provide regular follow-up to encourage engagement and reduce dropout.
  • Support learners with organization, study methodology, and getting started with training tools.
  • Identify their needs and propose tailored support.
  • Assist learners with preparation for employment (CVs, interview practice, professional presence).
  • Lead workshops, virtual classes, or live sessions.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up for your portfolio of learners.
  • Respond to emails and requests via various communication channels.
  • Update information in management tools.
  • Assist with student registrations for competitions, exams, and certifications.
  • Achieve defined qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth case follow-up.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the learner experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with office software and common digital tools.
