About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls.
- Identify learners' needs and provide appropriate answers.
- Direct requests to the relevant contacts when necessary.
- Handle complaints in accordance with procedures.
- Conduct welcome calls with new learners.
- Provide regular follow-up to encourage engagement and reduce dropout.
- Support learners with organization, study methodology, and getting started with training tools.
- Identify their needs and propose tailored support.
- Assist learners with preparation for employment (CVs, interview practice, professional presence).
- Lead workshops, virtual classes, or live sessions.
- Manage the administrative follow-up for your portfolio of learners.
- Respond to emails and requests via various communication channels.
- Update information in management tools.
- Assist with student registrations for competitions, exams, and certifications.
- Achieve defined qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth case follow-up.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the learner experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with office software and common digital tools.
