About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the work of coaches and trainers to ensure learners’ success within a specific program
Monitor key indicators, ensure the program’s profitability, and implement continuous improvement measures
Define the program strategy, coordinate actions with other departments, and lead transformation projects
Optimize learning pathways and learner support to strengthen engagement and successful outcomes
Supervise, motivate, and develop teams (training advisors and trainers) to ensure their engagement and performance
Anticipate market changes and learner needs to enhance the offer and support modalities
Identify, test, and scale initiatives that impact learner experience and training effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in monitoring and optimizing costs related to learner support and the operational efficiency of programs
Ability to identify, prioritize, and deploy the most impactful projects to improve learner experience and training effectiveness
Aptitude for defining a coherent vision aligned with the organization’s overall objectives and ensuring programs are aligned with that strategy
Ability to analyze, harmonize, and optimize working methods to maximize operational efficiency and ensure improved collective performance
Capacity to unite, lead, and support multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration across programs and achieve shared objectives
