About the role

  • The importance and relevance of organisational culture has rarely been more of a hot topic than it is right now. It’s a huge deal. And as a business that exists to change organisations for the better, SMRS’s culture products, services and expertise are highly valued. In this vital role, you’ll drive the sales of our culture offering, as well as open the door to opportunities in employer branding and internal communications.
  • identify and initiate contact with organisations about new business opportunities
  • prepare new business proposals and present at pitches
  • work with our Culture Consultant to drive impactful solutions for new clients
  • deliver presentations at conferences and events
  • lead client meetings involving complex ideas, solutions and data
  • ensure proposals are high quality, timely and profitable
  • report, measure and forecast sales performance
  • meet sales KPIs
  • support future investment planning strategies and forecasts
  • build strong networks and nurture connections
  • work collaboratively with teams across the agency.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for a skilled sales professional with substantial knowledge gained in organisational culture and employee experience. You’ll also need:
  • a proven ability of introducing and converting culture related opportunities
  • a strong network of influencers and decision makers within the HR community
  • the ability to manage your pipeline and develop it beyond the first sale
  • to be happy to travel for work, in the UK and internationally.
