In this vital role, you’ll drive the sales of our culture offering, as well as open the door to opportunities in employer branding and internal communications.
• identify and initiate contact with organisations about new business opportunities
• prepare new business proposals and present at pitches
• work with our Culture Consultant to drive impactful solutions for new clients
• deliver presentations at conferences and events
• lead client meetings involving complex ideas, solutions and data
• ensure proposals are high quality, timely and profitable
• report, measure and forecast sales performance
• meet sales KPIs
• support future investment planning strategies and forecasts
• build strong networks and nurture connections
• work collaboratively with teams across the agency.
