- partner with internal groups to drive decision-making investments
- ensure availability of spare parts, options and consumables
- leverage data and systems to improve customer satisfaction
- manage communications and messaging between regions
- ensure inventory management throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- BS/BA required
- perform accurate planning for all spare parts and consumables
- responsible for spare parts forecasting, planning and procurement
- set up of target stocking levels (TSL) and inventory management
- ensure established Fill Rate performance targets are met
