About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary client-facing contact during implementation
- Conduct client impact analysis to define implementation requirements
- Document requirements in standard project templates and tools and obtain client approval before builds
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and open-items logs
- Coordinate functional teams and clients to complete items on time and ensure go-live readiness
- Monitor progress through weekly status reports
- Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues
- Provide go-live support
- Facilitate internal post-implementation review meetings
- Mentor and support team members and colleagues throughout implementation
- Support high-volume, high-profile clients, including Superbrokers and 340B clients
- Identify opportunities through trend analysis and process improvement
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, process improvement efforts, and focus groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5–8 years of related work experience required
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Strong communication skills through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
- Self-starter mentality with ability to make informed decisions and solve difficult challenges creatively
- Solutions-oriented, efficiency-driven problem-solving approach
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced technology company
