About the role

  • Execute and manage a set list of rotating task assignments centered on monitoring incoming and outgoing files, and data syncing across systems.
  • Understand and facilitate account structure updates for eligibility and accumulator requirements.
  • Validate system configurations for accuracy by monitoring inbound files from external partners.
  • Identify issues and write tickets to be resolved by other resources, as well as follow-up to ensure resolution is being completed.
  • Provide feedback on opportunities to improve workflow efficiency to leadership.
  • Contribute to process and workflow documentation.
  • Serve as a mentor for new team members and a trainer for new processes.
  • Collaborate and provide support for member support and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on system enhancements for workflow automation.
  • Become the subject matter expert for plan design configuration details for assigned groups.
  • Monitor ongoing operations and provide troubleshooting support for our claims adjudication processes including eligibility, accumulators, reporting, and syncing of systems with data.
  • Support new partner integrations and client implementations.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to support all processes during onboarding and maintenance of accounts by working cross-functionally to resolve key issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that data partner connections are maintained and created when approved.
  • Work as assigned on projects outside of daily assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of tenure with Smith in active status required (note that if you were on any leave of absence while working here, this will not count towards active status)
  • Must be in good standing, including:
  • No active writeups
  • Consistent and good attendance record
  • Current performance meets/ exceeds expectations and is acceptable given the requirement for the new role
  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or other industry experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel building reports, reviewing and interpreting reports, sending and receiving data.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with Looker, Datadog, Jira, Tableau, and/or Salesforce.
  • Familiar with running basic SQL queries prefer.
  • Strong communication skills as a team member.
  • Self-starter mentality: ability to work independently to manage time and assigned tasks, make informed decisions, and solve issues.
