- Promote innovative thinking to generate unique and value-added packaging ideas
- Maintain packaging specifications to gather supplier data
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the operational network
- Troubleshoot activities and provide general packaging support

- Leverage best practices and capitalize on technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in Research and Development or Packaging Development
- Broad knowledge of packaging materials, equipment and manufacturing processes
- Experience in the food industry, preferred
- General knowledge of food science, processing and manufacturing, preferred
