About the role

  • Lead the execution and optimization of retailer content syndication, categorization, and e-commerce performance
  • Own product content integrity from end to end
  • Lead the development and execution of optimized product content across digital platforms
  • Partner with brand teams to ensure accurate, complete, and optimized product information
  • Oversee digital shelf audits, resolve content discrepancies, and ensure retailer compliance
  • Analyze sales, traffic, content health, and conversion data to identify performance drivers
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the e-commerce assortment
  • Work effectively with internal Sales, Brand, Item Setup, and Agency teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years relevant marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring
  • Experience with PIM and content syndication platforms such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync (1WS), Salsify, Item360, and AWS
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
