Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the transformation of cost to serve model across key markets
- Dive deep into asset performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Design and execute pilot initiatives testing new service models
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, finance, and planning teams
- Develop frameworks and playbooks for local markets to sustain improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong combination of analytical capability and commercial acumen
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP
- Commercial or product management background within healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Experience translating complex data into clear business insights
- Ability to manage projects in cross functional environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluency in English
