Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Biology strongly preferred
  • Minimum 6 years direct sales experience
  • 4 years in medical device industry preferred
  • Cartilage experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in orthopedics (sports medicine or knee reconstruction)
  • Proven track record of yearly quota achievement
  • Skilled in complex sales
  • Adept at selling to teams of buyers and multiple decision-makers in a medical setting
