About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts
  • Coordinating surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management and ensuring product availability
  • Providing technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants
  • Building trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth
  • Managing logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience preferred
  • Strong ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical information
  • Proven relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and adaptable to changing schedules including early mornings and evenings
  • Self motivated and results driven with a strong team mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory including 2 to 4 overnights per month
