About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts
- Coordinating surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management and ensuring product availability
- Providing technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants
- Building trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth
- Managing logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience preferred
- Strong ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical information
- Proven relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail oriented and adaptable to changing schedules including early mornings and evenings
- Self motivated and results driven with a strong team mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory including 2 to 4 overnights per month
