About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and deployment of global learning pathways for the Orthopaedics Recon and Robotics franchise
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Commercial Leadership, and Clinical experts to define training priorities and enhance sales capability
  • Develop high-impact curriculum and learning assets across product, clinical, and commercial skill areas
  • Apply instructional design and learning science principles to maximize engagement, retention, and business outcomes
  • Drive end-to-end project management of global training initiatives from concept through execution
  • Collaborate across teams to launch, evaluate, and continuously improve training programs
  • Stay connected to the field through ongoing engagement to ensure relevance and real-world impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or commercial enablement
  • Strong expertise in curriculum design and global learning strategy
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and strong analytical capabilities (Excel preferred)
  • Working knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model)
