Lead the design and deployment of global learning pathways for the Orthopaedics Recon and Robotics franchise
Partner with Global Marketing, Commercial Leadership, and Clinical experts to define training priorities and enhance sales capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or commercial enablement
Strong expertise in curriculum design and global learning strategy
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced PowerPoint and strong analytical capabilities (Excel preferred)
Working knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model)
