About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieving sales quota, profitability, and marketing objectives across the United States for the Tendon Seam product portfolio
- Leading efforts to attract, develop, train, retain, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Delivering accurate and timely marketing insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations
- Meeting and/or exceeding key performance indicators, including sales revenue and growth objectives
- Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for each fiscal period
- Maintaining active engagement with key accounts and strategic partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- 8–12 years of successful sales experience within the Medical Device industry
- Proven success in sales management, preferably within medical devices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to deal profitability
