About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and exceed regional targets across revenue, growth, and profitability
- Drive execution of sales strategy through a team of 12+ sales professionals
- Lead accurate forecasting and business planning
- Actively manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Conduct weekly field visits to drive performance and accountability
- Build and execute the annual business plan
- Optimize pricing, discounting, and financial programs
- Deliver insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and healthcare standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience managing $10M+ territories
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of sales strategy and competitive positioning
- Adaptability and a hands-on leadership style
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Ability to travel weekly (minimum 1 field visit per week)
- Must meet healthcare credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 compliance
