Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partnering with field sales leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision making
  • Analyzing sales, market, pipeline, territory, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights that drive decisions
  • Supporting core business rhythms such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and territory planning
  • Collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and centralized Analytics teams
  • Challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes through data driven recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales or Market Analysis, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience working with sales teams or field leadership and the ability to build strong, credible relationships
  • Strong problem structuring, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM data such as Salesforce, and experience using Power BI, AI tools, or basic SQL to enhance analysis and insight delivery is a plus
