About the role
- Work closely with US Commercial Shoulder and Upper Extremities Marketing team to complete specifically identified Intern projects
- Present project conclusion to senior leadership
- Attend Sales Training (travel may be required)
- Interface with Orthopedic Surgeons
- Observe Orthopedic live surgical cases or cadaveric labs
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s, (i.e. Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Accounting, etc.)
- Previous applicable internship, co-op, part-time, or academic project experience in operations or process improvement is preferred
- Strong communication skills including technical writing, listening and speaking; ability to influence others.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project completion.
- High learning agility with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Independent thinking and the ability to work within a team is required.
- Ability to assess technical issues and develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving.
- Requires the ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple tasks, assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology, and dynamic business growth; time management and organization skills are a must.
