- Be the go-to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory
- Partner with surgeons, supporting clinical demonstrations, and leading product launches
- Guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets, and ensure advanced technologies reach the right hands
- Influence strategy, develop key opinion leaders, and shape the future of sports medicine in the UK
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%)
