About the role
- Revenue responsibility for the assigned sales region
- Responsibility for sales activities with high-potential customers
- Leadership, coaching and development of your team
- Participation in the development of sales strategies, sales structures and incentive systems
- Implementation of centrally agreed strategies and focus areas in Modern Wound Management / Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
- Identify and establish a strong network of key opinion leaders/influencers in the region
- Continuous market and competitor analysis
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing and Inside Sales
- Identification of and participation in major congresses and training events (Medical Education)
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., business administration or health economics) or vocational training (e.g., nurse or commercial training) or comparable qualification through relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience in healthcare / multi-channel sales (ideally in an international medical technology company)
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position; strong interpersonal skills
- Advantageous: experience with vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) / negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT)
- Solid experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and IT skills (especially MS Office); Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Results-oriented with strong communication skills, enthusiasm and negotiation skills
- Highly developed analytical, planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel
