- Lead the design and delivery of short-term incentive programmes and performance management solutions
- Partner with finance and HR teams to ensure incentive plans are motivating and sustainable
- Manage the full annual performance cycle
- Play a key role in governance and reporting, ensuring our reward practices are fair, compliant and transparent
Requirements
- Proven experience in reward management, incentive design or performance management within a medium to large global organisation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement, training and change management
