About the role

  • Drive Profitable Sales: Effectively sell the SPM product portfolio to achieve sales targets for the territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Territory Management: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, business prospects, and competitor activities.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and potential new clients.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Provide technical advice and training to customers, ensuring high levels of user competence and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with a background in ortho or sports medicine
  • Experience working in a hospital environment is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in English at a good level is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual who demonstrates learning agility
  • Strong collaborative abilities and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achievement.
