About the role
- Drive Profitable Sales: Effectively sell the SPM product portfolio to achieve sales targets for the territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Territory Management: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, business prospects, and competitor activities.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and potential new clients.
- Customer Engagement and Support: Provide technical advice and training to customers, ensuring high levels of user competence and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with a background in ortho or sports medicine
- Experience working in a hospital environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English at a good level is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-directed and self-motivated individual who demonstrates learning agility
- Strong collaborative abilities and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achievement.
