About the role
- Responsible for professional advice on medical devices
- Manage and support customers in inpatient settings (hospitals) and outpatient settings (e.g., nursing homes, mobile care services, private practices)
- Provide consultation, training and hands‑on support for users of products for the treatment of chronic and acute wounds
- Work closely with other team members
- Sell high‑quality wound care products to hospitals, nursing homes, mobile care services, pharmacies and private physicians
- Maintain ongoing relationship management with decision‑makers and end users
- Implement global product strategies and acquire new customers
Requirements
- Sales/field sales experience, ideally with medical devices
- Medical background, e.g. registered nurse or medical assistant, or comparable qualification
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for modern wound care
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong drive to succeed
- Team player with good organizational skills and the ability to motivate others
- Confident user of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel (~80%); residence in the specified region
