Develop knowledge in each rotational area and achieve the objectives described in each rotation’s application
Participate in a variety of professional development opportunities during rotation assignments aimed at familiarizing the new graduate with Smith+Nephew and the medical device industry
A development mentor and executive mentor will also be assigned to provide career coaching and guidance
Create presentations, perform analytics, or other tasks that can be presented to senior leadership
Present a Capstone presentation at the conclusion of each rotation to senior leaders across Supply Chain and Procurement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering or related major
Must be in excellent academic standing, with a 3.3 GPA preferred
Previous applicable internship, co-op, part-time or apprenticeship experience is a plus
High learning agility, analytical, problem-solving skills
Strong communicator, leadership capabilities
Well developed prioritization skills
Independent thinker & team player
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Some knowledge of medical devices and manufacturing standards, processes are a plus
