Provide hands-on support across all facets of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and employee relations practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
Must be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time
