Oversee daily functions of Account Payable

Process check-runs and enter A/P invoices
Verify accuracy of general ledger and prepare account reconciliations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-3 years of related or equivalent experience preferred
1+ years of supervisory experience
Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
Experience with multi-unit entities
Attention to detail and well-developed time management skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Procurify is a plus
Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to do formulas like v-lookup, sumif/sumifs, pivot table.
