About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active new customer acquisition in the German market (architectural firms, construction companies, public building authorities)
  • Outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone (cold & warm leads)
  • Conducting product demos (remote via MS Teams)
  • Preparing proposals and conducting price negotiations
  • Closing contracts
  • Onboarding new customers and building long-term customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B cold outreach/outbound sales (required)
  • Ideally experience in software sales (SaaS), preferably in the construction industry or related fields
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken (required)

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-driven, structured working style and strong closing ability
