About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active new customer acquisition in the German market (architectural firms, construction companies, public building authorities)
- Outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone (cold & warm leads)
- Conducting product demos (remote via MS Teams)
- Preparing proposals and conducting price negotiations
- Closing contracts
- Onboarding new customers and building long-term customer relationships
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B cold outreach/outbound sales (required)
- Ideally experience in software sales (SaaS), preferably in the construction industry or related fields
- Fluent German, both written and spoken (required)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-driven, structured working style and strong closing ability
