About the role

  • RCM Manager will be responsible for the team in which they work with
  • Organizing the support of the RCM Specialists
  • Responsible for assigning projects to RCM Specialists
  • Ensuring the assigned region's net revenue percentage increases while decreasing RCM errors
  • Ensuring RCM processes, policies, and compliance items are followed
  • SME for the Revenue Cycle process
  • Developing and updating multiple Action Plans for positive revenue outcomes
  • Performing special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least five (5) years in the healthcare or dental RCM functions
  • At least five (5) years in billing and claims resolution
  • At least five (5) years of dental front office RCM functions
  • CPB (Certified Professional Biller), CMB (Certified Medical Biller), CDC (Certified Dental Coder), CDBS (Certified Dental Billing Specialist) preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain certification if asked
