About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

RCM Manager will be responsible for the team in which they work with
Organizing the support of the RCM Specialists
Responsible for assigning projects to RCM Specialists
Ensuring the assigned region's net revenue percentage increases while decreasing RCM errors
Ensuring RCM processes, policies, and compliance items are followed
SME for the Revenue Cycle process
Developing and updating multiple Action Plans for positive revenue outcomes
Performing special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
At least five (5) years in the healthcare or dental RCM functions
At least five (5) years in billing and claims resolution
At least five (5) years of dental front office RCM functions
CPB (Certified Professional Biller), CMB (Certified Medical Biller), CDC (Certified Dental Coder), CDBS (Certified Dental Billing Specialist) preferred
Must be willing to obtain certification if asked
