About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- RCM Manager will be responsible for the team in which they work with
- Organizing the support of the RCM Specialists
- Responsible for assigning projects to RCM Specialists
- Ensuring the assigned region's net revenue percentage increases while decreasing RCM errors
- Ensuring RCM processes, policies, and compliance items are followed
- SME for the Revenue Cycle process
- Developing and updating multiple Action Plans for positive revenue outcomes
- Performing special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- At least five (5) years in the healthcare or dental RCM functions
- At least five (5) years in billing and claims resolution
- At least five (5) years of dental front office RCM functions
- CPB (Certified Professional Biller), CMB (Certified Medical Biller), CDC (Certified Dental Coder), CDBS (Certified Dental Billing Specialist) preferred
- Must be willing to obtain certification if asked
