About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of Sponsored Products and Onsite Display campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and making data-led optimisation decisions to improve ROI, pacing, and delivery
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with best practice
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, conversion, and revenue
- Producing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders and partners
- Identifying underperformance or technical issues and taking swift corrective action
- Acting as the first point of escalation for operational or technical campaign challenges
- Collaborating with internal teams including Ad Ops, Client Managers, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Building strong relationships with ASDA stakeholders and third-party tech partners
- Contributing to wider business initiatives, helping to shape processes, training, and the future growth of the business
- Continuously developing your expertise in digital activation and sharing knowledge with peers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital marketing, ideally across PPC or digital display
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- The ability to manage your own workload and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- A desire to continuously learn and develop within the retail media landscape
- Exposure to platforms such as Criteo RMP (desirable but not essential)
