Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a generalist People & Culture / HR role
  • Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery
