About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and establish trusted client networks across the business
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve high performance and professional growth
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and people-related risk management

Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a generalist People & Culture / HR role
- Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery
