About the role

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive General Director plays a central role in implementing strategy, coordinating teams, and overseeing the operational management of activities.
  • Actively listen to the Board of Directors and proactively make strategic recommendations
  • Support the Board in defining and executing the overall strategy
  • Serve as an active member of the Strategic Council
  • Lead and facilitate the Executive Committee
  • Participate in structuring the organization
  • Supervise operations across three key areas: communications, partner relations, and project management
  • Ensure overall management and oversight of technology projects
  • Support teams on business, technical, and organizational matters
  • Ensure a strong results orientation and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and institutions
  • Represent the company on strategic matters and major projects
  • Contribute to the growth, credibility, and market positioning of SME StrategiTech on its market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in general management, operations management, or business unit leadership, ideally in an IT services company (ESN) or a technology environment
  • Strong experience in managing technology projects
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of technical challenges
  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
