• Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with warmth and professionalism Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned Prepare welcome kits, orientation schedules, and introductions that make new hires feel truly seen Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries—ensuring no one feels overlooked Support internal communications that uplift and inform (e.g., newsletters, shout-outs, event teasers) Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging Maintain accurate teammate records and databases Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly Support audits and compliance checks with diligence and discretion Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations Track training participation and support learning initiatives Assist in organizing workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs Be a friendly, confidential point of contact for teammate concerns or questions Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings with empathy and fairness Support exit interviews and offboarding with grace and gratitude
