About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This is a player/coach role and this person will be responsible for working with clients and overseeing team members.
Hold team members accountable to systems/processes
Serve as 1st layer of manager to team, assisting with all client matters including upgrades, escalations, etc
Helping team members work through client work when they get stuck
Working with Team Leads in other departments to improve alignment on clients
Work with the Director of Fractionals to improve systems & processes by passing information gained through 1/1's

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a current FCOO Level 2 or 3, with SMB Team for at least 6 months
Must have proven success handling client matters - upgrades and escalations
Must be in good standing (no current PFE and haven’t had one in past 6 months)
Must have at least 3 upgrades personally
Must have at least save 3 clients in client escalations
