About the role
- Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on credit protection following loan approval.
- You take into account each customer's individual wishes and ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation.
- You identify customers' individual needs and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems.
- This is not cold calling — all of your customers are expecting and looking forward to your telephone consultation.
- Our modern communication tools and the digital closing capabilities provided by our partners enable an efficient working day.
Requirements
- You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales or telesales).
- You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in credit products.
- You are an excellent communicator and impress with an open and professional manner on the phone.
- You are highly reliable and demonstrate a committed work ethic.
- You are eager to grow, highly motivated, and want to get started with us.
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
