About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons
  • You support our customers from first contact through to contract conclusion and assist them in all phases
  • With your intuition and a thorough needs analysis, you determine what customers truly need and help them secure the optimal loan offer
  • Help customers fulfill their requests — without cold calling, as all our customers have actively submitted their data to us

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, telesales, retail)
  • You are a strong communicator and persuade with an open and professional manner on the phone
  • You are characterized by high reliability and a committed work ethic
  • You are eager to develop professionally, bring strong motivation, and want to grow with us
  • Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training
