About the role
- Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on credit insurance after loan completion.
- You will consider each customer's individual needs and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation.
- You will determine customers' individual requirements and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems.
- This is not cold calling — all of your customers are already expecting and welcome your telephone advice.
- With our modern communication tools and the digital contracting options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day.
Requirements
- You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, telesales).
- You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in loans and credit products.
- You are an excellent communicator and persuade customers with an open and professional telephone manner.
- You demonstrate high reliability and a committed working style.
- You are eager to develop, highly motivated, and ready to grow with us.
- Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training.
