About the role
- Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our clients on loan protection after loan conclusion.
- You will assess each client’s individual needs and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems.
- You will be the expert for our clients and provide telephone advice on the relevant insurance products.
- You will take individual client preferences into account and enable high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation.
- This is not cold calling – all of your clients are expecting and welcome your telephone consultation.
- With our modern communication tools and the digital signing options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day.
Requirements
- You have already gained some experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, telesales or similar).
- You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in loans.
- You are a strong communicator and convince customers with your open and professional manner on the phone.
- You are reliable and work with a committed, proactive approach.
- You are eager to develop professionally, bring high motivation, and want to grow with us.
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial or business-related vocational training.
