About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, continuously monitoring the evolution of their journey
  • Lead strategic review meetings and account development sessions
  • Ensure execution of success plans and alignment of expectations with clients
  • Monitor portfolio health metrics and product adoption levels
  • Proactively mitigate churn risks
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the active customer base
  • Participate in renewal negotiations and contract upgrades
  • Analyze retention, engagement and recurring revenue metrics
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Success processes, rituals, and playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Customer Success or strategic client relationship management with B2B customers
  • Experience managing an active client portfolio
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions
  • Ability to lead client review and alignment meetings
  • Knowledge of Customer Success KPIs such as MRR, churn, NRR and Health Score
  • Consultative communication, organizational skills and analytical ability
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer tracking tools
  • Use of digital tools or Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity
