Mid-level Customer Success Analyst – SaaS, Portfolio Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of clients, continuously monitoring the evolution of their journey
- Lead strategic review meetings and account development sessions
- Ensure execution of success plans and alignment of expectations with clients
- Monitor portfolio health metrics and product adoption levels
- Proactively mitigate churn risks
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the active customer base
- Participate in renewal negotiations and contract upgrades
- Analyze retention, engagement and recurring revenue metrics
- Contribute to the development of Customer Success processes, rituals, and playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Success or strategic client relationship management with B2B customers
- Experience managing an active client portfolio
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions
- Ability to lead client review and alignment meetings
- Knowledge of Customer Success KPIs such as MRR, churn, NRR and Health Score
- Consultative communication, organizational skills and analytical ability
- Experience using CRM systems and customer tracking tools
- Use of digital tools or Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity
