About the role
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Plan and run sprints together with the development team
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Validate deliveries with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with UX, development, and stakeholders
- Participate in and facilitate agile rituals
- Support the creation and evolution of the product roadmap
- Advocate for the product vision in internal discussions
- Negotiate priorities based on impact and value
- Justify decisions in a structured manner
- Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience
- Balance feature development with technical stability
- Track product metrics (usage, retention, efficiency, churn)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, UX, or related fields
- Previous experience with digital products, technology, or agile environments
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with CRM, customer support platforms, or chat systems
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Basic UX knowledge (flows, usability, and user journeys)
- Analytical skills for problem solving
- Ability to read and monitor product metrics
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams
