About the role
- Develop and execute strategic, account-based growth plans
- Serve as a credible, technically competent advisor
- Apply application-based selling techniques
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead the full sales cycle
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Work cross-functionally to influence internal alignment
- Act as a primary liaison for customers

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development or account management
- Technically strong, with an understanding of operational workflows in pharma manufacturing
- Experience in application-based selling
- Strong financial acumen
- Able to demonstrate ROI and value-based arguments to senior stakeholders
- High customer empathy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Disciplined in maintaining CRM hygiene
- Fluent in spoken and written English
