- As the Senior Manager, Sales Productivity, you will be a strategic leader responsible for transforming how our global sales organization leverages technology and processes to drive revenue growth.
- Define and execute the sales productivity roadmap, leading a team that delivers enterprise-wide initiatives to maximize seller effectiveness, accelerate technology adoption, and create competitive advantages through operational excellence.
- Report to senior sales leadership, influence go-to-market strategy while building scalable systems and frameworks that enable our sales teams to exceed targets consistently.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy that aligns technology investments with business objectives and revenue goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists, fostering their professional growth while driving organizational change
- Own the technology stack roadmap for the GTM organization, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of CRM, AI-powered tools, enablement platforms, and analytics solutions
- Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities where technology and process improvements can accelerate revenue growth
- Establish KPIs and build executive dashboards that measure productivity impact, ROI of technology investments, and seller performance trends
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of productivity solutions
- Champion data-driven decision making by building analytical frameworks and governance models for sales productivity metrics
- Present quarterly business reviews to executive stakeholders on productivity initiatives, adoption metrics, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement, with at least 3 years in people management
- Track record of leading enterprise-wide transformations and technology implementations in high-growth SaaS environments
- Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across complex organizations
- Expertise in building and scaling sales productivity functions, including team development, budget management, and vendor relationships
- Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology ecosystems (Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, Highspot/Showpad, 6sense/Demandbase)
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building predictive models and ROI analyses using SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution and quick wins
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
