About the role
- Manage key operator accounts and drive their growth through smart ideas, campaigns, and client care
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Propose custom promotions and growth strategies
- Track performance, GGR, and wallet balances weekly
- Spot problems early through data monitoring
- Work closely with finance and sales to align strategies
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant game content
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- 3+ years in iGaming (AM, CRM, or similar B2B role)
- Fluent in English (Chinese or Korean a plus)
- Strong with numbers and client-facing communication
- Naturally social, reliable, and proactive
- Cares about the accounts they manage and is eager to help them grow
- Willingness to work on-site in Sri Lanka (relocation & work visa support available)
