About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within existing and prospective markets
- Manage the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and deliver consistent client experiences
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Support the sales team in developing their skills and improving performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in International selling of SaaS licenses
- Demonstrates a hands-on "hunter" mentality and possesses exceptional abilities in closing sales
- Expertise in leading international sales teams on a daily basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in consultative and insight-based selling
- Experience in articulating complex solutions to decision-makers and executives
- Proficient in analyzing data, trends, and the market to develop compelling selling points
