• Develop and deliver a HR strategy aligned to the organisation’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance and practical HR support across all aspects of people management including organisational design, workforce planning and people development.

• Lead on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication throughout.
• Manage all day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, offboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure all HR policies and processes are compliant and support the organisation’s objectives.
• Provide expert advice and resolution on a range of HR issues, designing and delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems and employee experience.
• Support the payroll process in collaboration with the Finance Team.
• Manage all compensation and benefits administration.
• Lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains the right skills for growth.

• Support managers in coaching and developing their teams, building leadership capability across the organisation.
• Identify training and development needs and oversee delivery of relevant learning programmes.

• Use HR metrics and data insights to inform decision-making and track progress against key people objectives.
• Maintain HR records, reporting and compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practice.
• Stay current with HR best practice and employment legislation, continuously driving improvement and innovation.

HR Business Partner – 15-month FTC

Solutions Engineer

• We’re seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our Technical Solutions Team, reporting to the Head of Customer Operations.
• This team designs and maintains integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across our customers, partners, and ecosystem; ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with our principles of Resilience, Flexibility, Security, and Privacy.
• You’ll translate business requirements into robust technical integration designs, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and efficient resource use.
• The role includes design sign-off, researching emerging technologies, and acting as an escalation point for complex connectivity projects.
• You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering on long-term integration initiatives and help enhance our connectivity ecosystem to support new business opportunities.

Senior Solutions Architect

Analyst

• Senior Fraud Analyst to join the Product & Success - Analytics team, reporting to the Chief Product & Success Officer.
• Use Smartnumbers solutions to support delivery of value to customers and investigate suspicious events.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the relationship lifecycle and act as their champion within the organisation.
• Articulate measurable value to customers aligned with industry and regulatory metrics.
• Operate on the Smartnumbers platform supporting organisations across financial services, telecommunications, and others.
• Hands-on, customer-facing and multi-team-focused role influencing product roadmap and industry perspectives.
• Analytics responsibilities: monitor, analyse, interpret fraud patterns; monitor industry trends; generate insights; develop KPIs; perform strategic reviews; support automation of analytics.
• Customer engagement: present findings to customers; create compelling narratives; participate in industry forums; support adoption of new capabilities.
• Cross-team collaboration: support sales and marketing reports; provide insights to Product team from customer feedback and analysis.
