Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Human Resources Coordinator

- Lead Employee Relations function with discretion and empathy
- Maintain and evolve HR policies and handbooks
- Own the annual performance review process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior partnership with C-level executives
- Experience supporting a fully remote organization
- Strong background in recruiting, people operations, and employee relations
- Experience in high-growth, investor-backed, fast-paced environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build HR programs from concept through execution
- Familiarity with HRIS, specifically with Paylocity is a plus
