Handle HubSpot chat inquiries and engage with potential leads.
Manage property listings across various platforms.
Create and manage Facebook advertisements to generate leads.
Post property listings on Craigslist, Apartments.com, Google, etc
Share and promote posts using relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
Maintain clear and effective communication, preferably with an American accent for client interactions.
Handle queries from prospects promptly and professionally.
Possess knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
Submit daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel. (AppFolio experience is a plus).
Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
