As a <strong>Regional Partnership Manager</strong> at SmartLab, you’ll lead the full sales cycle for K–12 education customers while also forging mission-driven partnerships with foundations, corporations, and social impact organizations. You’ll work alongside educators, changemakers, and passionate colleagues who believe deeply in the power of hands-on, inclusive learning. And most importantly, your work will directly expand access to STEM education for students who’ve historically been left out of the conversation.</p>
Requirements
<ul> <li>Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory.</li> <li>Identify and qualify new school and district opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Business Development team to follow through on leads as discovered and assigned.</li> <li>Guide prospects through the full sales process-from discovery to close-offering tailored solutions that align with educational goals.</li> <li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer records in Salesforce.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and referrals.</li> <li>Represent SmartLab at regional conferences, events, and meetings to increase brand visibility and lead generation.</li> <li>Identify, research, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with corporations, foundations, and nonprofits aligned to SmartLab's mission.</li> <li>Build and manage a regional portfolio of partners focused on STEM, workforce readiness, equity, and related education initiatives in collaboration with the Strategic Partnerships team.</li> <li>Serve as the regional point of contact for partnership engagements, ensuring alignment with partner goals and internal strategy.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, implementation) to align deliverables and storytelling.</li> <li>Travel up to 30% to meet prospects, attend conferences and other events as needed.</li> <li>Perform administrative duties, including tracking sales activities and providing regular progress reports.</li> </ul>
