About the role
- Together with your project team, assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Customize and automate IT and business processes following best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 2 years developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience developing workflows, API integrations, and Web Services on the platform
- Ability to customize forms, create reports, and configure dashboards in ServiceNow
- Intermediate English for comprehension and reading
- Availability to work hybrid in Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
- Nice to have
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD, or ITSM)
- Advanced knowledge of Python
- Advanced database knowledge
