About the role
- Hybrid role working on projects and processes;
- Develop and communicate standards, methods (Agile and/or traditional (Waterfall)) and tools to be used for project management;
- Support project management, mediating between the business area and the client and providing support to technical leadership;
- Prepare materials and lead executive and managerial project status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans;
- Ensure the effectiveness of the project quality control process;
- Identify improvements in existing processes;
- Analyze and implement improvements in automation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced English (may be required for daily use);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with KPIs;
- Experience with Agile methodology;
- Nice to have:
- Experience in an IT company;
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP;
- Intermediate Spanish.
