About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the end-to-end performance of SEBL's operational functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across onboarding, metering and settlement, gas operations, and technical billing.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive operational excellence, reduce cost-to-serve, and safeguard customer and business outcomes.
- Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of Core Operations, embedding a high-performance, data-driven culture.
- Ensure operational readiness for change, strengthen governance and compliance, optimise processes and resources, and develop high-performing teams capable of delivering sustainable operational and commercial results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive senior leadership experience managing complex operational functions, large teams, and multi-layered delivery environments.
- Strong technical and operational expertise across energy operations, including metering, settlement, gas operations, billing, and revenue assurance.
- Proven track record of delivering operational transformation, process optimisation, automation, and embedding sustainable change.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, operational controls, and compliance within regulated environments.
